  1. KOREA, REPUBLIC OF  (South Korea)  - Passport required.  Visa not
  2. required for a tourist stay up to 15 days.  For longer stays and other types of
  3. travel, visa must be obtained in advance.  Tourist visa for longer stay
  4. requires 1 application form and 1 photo.  Business visa requires 1
  5. application form, 1 photo and company letter.  Fine imposed for
  6. overstaying visa and for long-term visa holders not registered within 60 days after
  7. entry.  AIDS test required for anyone staying over 90 days.  U.S. test
